After being closed tightly, the bicycle bell in the alley outside and the sound of traffic in the distance have almost been filtered out. Opening the window can welcome the wind of wutong in old Shanghai. In the retro mini fridge in the corner of the wall, free local soda was prepared in advance. The retro rattan chair by the window was paired with a footstool in the same color scheme. After staying at Metropolo Classiq, Shanghai, YMCA-People square, Jinjiang Hotel for three days, I could hardly find any problems with the room facilities. The renovation of a good old building is never about demolishing all the old things and replacing them with internet famous ones, but about preserving the texture of time and quietly hiding all the modern and comfortable details in places you can't see.
